There Are No Ghosts at The Grand Music Video Release

Another day, another gaming showcase. We love it. We breathe it. And we live off of it! This past Thursday was the Spring Showcase of the Future Games Show. Trailers, trailers, and more world premieres. For all of it, be sure to check out our full coverage article here. However, there was one thing that caught my eye – it’s the two-tone ska music video we got for There Are No Ghosts at The Grand.

I am absolute sucker for ska – it’s been a go-to genre for me back when I first heard Goldfinger’s “Superman” in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater. But to link up this genre with the hotel renovation game There Are No Ghosts at The Grand? *chef’s kiss*. But it wasn’t just a music video! We also got some peeks at what to expect in this upcoming title.

What We Can See!

It’s a dark and dreary world, from what we can tell in There Are No Ghosts at The Grand. But it’s up to us to fix up the joint and make it a resplendent attraction for all to see.

But…maybe it’s not just haunted? Maybe it’s something more…sinister in this rundown hotel. Maybe it stretches as far down to R’lyeh?

Yeah – it’s definitely not ghosts! So it also appears that our restoration gun will be functioning as a weapon against Lovecraftian beasts as well.

There Are No Ghosts at The Grand was first announced back to the 2025 Xbox Games Showcase as the launch title of a small studio called Friday Sundae. Gamer Social Club even got a chance to take a sneak preview of the game late last year. And no, I am not bitter at all that my partner got to take a crack at that preview.

Rest assured, we’ll be keeping our hopes up as we near the launch of There Are No Ghosts at The Grand, which is slated for this year. Curious? Check out the demo here!
