There are many missable items and trophies throughout Greedfall: The Dying World. This is because this is a game of choices, and the choices you make, the things you do or don’t do, will impact the course of the quests and story, and ultimately, the trophies you get.
The game begins with your initiation as a sage of your people, a Doneigad in Teer Fradee. Due to circumstances, you leave your people and your island and won’t be returning until the latter half of the game. Of course, time has passed since you were away, and the place and its people would’ve changed!
Due to this, it’s important to complete certain quests and items before you complete your initiation quest. No worries, you’ll have time, as this quest is a long one.

Things to do in Teer Fradee before completing Doneigad’s Initiation
Here are the missable trophies that must be done during the game’s first few hours, or items that need to be grabbed before you leave.
Shopkeeper Trophy
One of the main tasks in your initiation quest is figuring out what is making your people sick. One of the clues in doing so is finding a dead fish. You’ll need to hand this item in to complete one of the tasks to complete your Doneigad initiation.
However, you also need to sell one to a fishmonger in Uxantis.
Make sure you leave at least ONE Dead Fish to be picked up before completing your initiation quest.

To Take Back Is To Steal Trophy
The To Take Back Is To Steal trophy/achievement asks you to steal an ancient sword from your buddy Furkan. However, you can’t steal something that was never given to him, right?
Therefore, make sure you check out the ruins just south of Vígéshvár, grab the ancient sword, and gift it to Furkan. So you can steal it from him later. Because of the trophy/achievement!
Just friends Trophy (Spoiler!)
In case you didn’t read the header, this is a SPOILER!
So…Shéda dies. Right after your initiation quest, you’re taken prisoner and experimented upon, an experiment that she does not survive.
However, for this quest, you need to have tried to romance her and been quickly denied said romance.
Just make sure you speak to her before the initiation ritual and woo her. Then get shot down. Sorry.
Animal Lover Trophy
I hope you weren’t cruel enough to attack and kill the poor, innocent, scary-looking, violent, aggressive creatures called Lewolans during your initiation.
If you were, then you would miss out on this trophy. What kind of sage attacks poor creatures?! You should be ashamed of yourself.
