Resident Evil: Requiem – Chairman’s Office Vault Combination Guide

Resident Evil: Requiem brings AAA survival horror back early in 2026, with a split protagonist campaign featuring Leon Kennedy and Grace Ashcroft. With all Resident Evil games, there are plenty of puzzles to solve and door/vault combinations to work out. Sometimes these are tricky to solve, and in this guide, we’ll tell you how to unlock one of the game’s early vaults.

Chairman’s Office Vault Combination

Early in the game, you’ll move between playing as Leon and Grace. After completing your second section as Leon, you’ll assume control of Grace for the third time in the Care Centre. Through natural progress, you’ll gain the West Wing keycard from a dying man, head there.

Progress through the West Wing and you’ll find yourself in this area, where you can enter the Chairman’s Office without any keys. It is here:

Once inside, on your right-hand side is an astronomy-themed combination vault with a moon, a star, and a sun. The combination that you need to enter is as follows:

Moon, Sun, Star, Moon

And with entering the code, you’ll access the vault, and inside will be a highly valuable Moon Quartz.

Good luck with the rest of your adventure.
