In Under The Island, there are a plethora of fun and challenging activities to do across Seashell Island, many of which have trophies/achievements tied to them. But some can be hard to figure out, or even find in the first place! So, here is our #1 Mum trophy/achievement guide for Under The Island!

#1 Mum Trophy Guide
The #1 Mum trophy/achievement is unlocked by finding the Mysterious Egg item and waiting until it hatches to reveal the strange “Key-Rex” from it.
The first thing to do is reach the Harbour in the northwest of Seashell Island.
To the right of the short pier and boathouse is a cave that you need bombs to unblock, which is further obstructed by vines you’ll need to burn with the fire wand.
Inside the cave, you’ll find more ancient ruins with the Mysterious Egg item sitting on a pedestal in the centre of a chamber. Touch it to pick it up and add it to your inventory.
The Mysterious Egg will now follow along behind you, safe from harm, and unable to be interacted with. Using my recorded playthrough, I deduce that after about 30 minutes of playtime, the Mysterious Egg will hatch, leaving behind the “Key-Rex”.
Along with the “Key-Rex”, you will earn yourself the #1 Mum trophy/achievement. Congratulations!
