This week, during the Québec Games Celebration Showcase, game developers ManaVoid Entertainment revealed they were working on a brand new Rainbow Billy game. Rainbow Billy: The Book of Fears (sequel to the 2021 title Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan) finds Billy making new friends at a summer camp when strange creatures called Fearlings start to appear.

We don’t get too much info from the teaser trailer, but the press release gives a few more details.

Players will:

• Explore a colorful summer camp filled with secrets and strange occurrences
• Investigate mysterious events by gathering clues and talking with campers
• Solve clever puzzles that gradually unlock the story
• Encounter Fearlings, manifestations of hidden worries, and learn how to face them

We were big fans of the first Rainbow Billy over here at Gamer Social Club, and will be looking forward to hearing more about The Book of Fears closer to release!
