Styx is back, and he’s feeling stabby (as always)! Yes, Styx: Blades of Greed is the latest game in the stealth game’s series by Cyanide Studios. The game follows the original: Master of Shadows and the sequel, Shards of Darkness. Blades of Greed sees Styx stealing as much rare and powerful Quartz as he can. All the while trying to survive a world on the brink of war.
Styx: Blades of Greed: Unlock the “You Can’t See Me” Achievement / Trophy Guide
To unlock the “You Can’t See Me” achievement / trophy, you must “remain invisible in a hideout while an enemy searches it”. This is fairly easy to unlock, and can be done at pretty much anytime as you play through the game.
To unlock it, you must ensure you have enough ‘amber’, the energy source that powers your special abilities. The invisibility ability is what you need and you have access to that right from the beginning. It can be activated using the RT on your controller and select the corresponding button for invisibility. The symbol is a yellow picture of Styx’s face, half visible. For me it was defaulted to pressing ‘A’ (Xbox controller) when I held RT.
To unlock the achievement you need to alert a guard to look for you, run to a hideout (such as a barrel, or underneath a table) and let them search for you. As they begin to search, activate invisibility, and they shouldn’t be able to find you. They’ll leave you alone and search elsewhere until they think you’ve gone.
You need to get the guard to spot you properly, the indicator above his head will go red as if to attack. You escaping or getting into a hideout will make it go orange, that’s when they’re on the hunt.
Once they’ve given up the hunt, they’ll return to their post, and the achievement / trophy should pop, once all is calm again.
I would recommend quicksaving before you try it, as you can reload if it goes wrong, and you can reload after doing it so you don’t use up your amber reserves.
