Just a few weeks after appearing at the Xbox Developer Direct, Beast of Reincarnation reappeared once more at Sony’s State of Play today, with a new trailer and news of its launch.
Beast of Reincarnation will be launching on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Xbox Game Pass and PC on August 4 2026. Players can begin to wishlist on their respective platforms now.
Beast of Reincarnation State of Play Trailer
The futuristic Japan title with Soulslike elements new trailer shows off more gameplay of protagonist, Emma and her trusty wolf companion, Koo. The trailer also reveals more about the game’s story which shows Emma in a AT-Walker-like machine.
The highlight of the trailer though, is more action on show. With blade splitting slashes, projectile rocket attacks and Koo unleashing some of their special moves, there’s a lot to be excited for.
Beast of Reincarnation launches later this year, with more Xbox and PlayStation showcases expected before then it’s likely Game Freak will have new and exciting information coming in the following months.
