In the lead-up to Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards, there have been several showcases, including some that we have already covered, including the Frosty Mini 2025 Showcase, the Latin American Games Showcase, and the Wholesome Snack: The Game Awards 2025 Showcase. The Day of the Devs Showcase finished earlier today, with a whole host of reveals, announcements, and updates, including the release date for the expressive 3D platformer Demon Tides.
Developed and published by Indie studio Fabraz, Demon Tides is set to release on PC on February 19th, 2026, with the Nintendo Switch release to follow at a later date. You can check out the announcement trailer that was part of the Day of the Devs showcase below.
But that’s not all! Demon Tides and the prequel Demon Turf Neon Splash are being released as a physical bundle on Nintendo Switch, courtesy of a partnership with Fangamer.

Demon Tides is an open-world 3D platformer all about exploration, traversal, and looking good whilst doing those things! Chain together different movement skills, from wall runs to triple jumps, find secrets hidden across the world, meet a colourful cast of characters, and collect over 50 unique talismans to modify your playstyle and dozens of clothing options to express yourself. You can attempt speedrun challenges, leave graffiti for other players to see, and so much more!
If you want to get a feel for Demon Tides before its launch early next year, you can check out the game’s demo, which we highlighted in an issue of the GSC Dem Disc.
