Never Grave: The Witch and the Curse has received a release date for its PlayStation release, and it’s coming early 2026!
The upcoming 2D action game by Frontside 180, and published by Palworld developer’s publishing side, Pocketpair Publishing will launch on 5 March 2026. It’s currently confirmed to be releasing on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, and Xbox Series, though the PlayStation release is the only one confirmed at time of writing.
Never Grave: The Witch and the Curse draws inspiration from both the Metroidvania and Roguelite genres. You will battle enemies with the help of a cursed hat, which allows you to possess enemies. You can then use their abilities to create new ways to take down your foe.

The dungeons you explore will change each run and are auto-generated, so no run will be the same. The game also has multiplayer for up to four players, allowing you to co-op and take on the dungeons with friends. The developers are expecting the game to be crossplay when it is available on every platform.
The game looks fantastic, challenging and a lot of fun. I’m excited to give this a try when it drops next year.
