Digimon Story: Time Stranger has been out just a few weeks but it’s been making waves in the JRPG world. We had the chance to review the game and enjoyed every moment with it. Now it seems we won’t have to wait too much longer for a chance to revisit this entry in the Digimon world. During the November 11, 2025 (Or 12th in Japan) State of Play, Bandai Namco shared details on the upcoming DLC.
While it is truly just a teaser trailer, Bandai Namco is promising fans Digimon they may have felt were previously missing. During the State of Play it was shared that this episode pack would bring five new Digimon into the fray. This includes Blitzgreymon as shown in the trailer. This Episode Pack DLC will also include a special episode. Unfortunately there were no true details regarding this episode. All we know from this showing is it will have “story centered around certain key characters”.
It’s worth noting this is the first DLC of the season pass that was released with Digimon Story: Time Stranger. For those who had have the season pass, this is the first of three DLC packs. While many aren’t fans of DLC announcement with the release of a game, for those who enjoyed the base game, it’s a reason to return to the game.
