Dying Light: The Beast is the latest title in the Dying Light series, bringing back an angry Kyle Crane to take his revenge on The Baron for experimenting on him for well over a decade. There’s plenty to do to keep you busy in the game, and there are a whole load of collectibles too.

There are several achievements / trophies that relate to getting different types of collectibles. There’s also the ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ for finding them all. To spot a collectible in the game, use your Survivor Sense to highlight points of interest in the area. Collectibles can be spotted by the orange chest, see below.

There are four recordings by Olivia to find scattered across the game’s map.

These are listed in the order I found them, not necessarily the most efficient / best way to find them.

Mission Brief for Major Jablonski (1 / 4)

You can find this in the building you enter from the roof during the story mission ‘Power Gambit’. The building is sat over the river, to the west from the Old Town. When you enter the inside area, the tape can be found on a coffee table in front of a brown corner sofa.

Dr Bennet’s Resignation (2 / 4)

This tape can be found in a large building in the Industrial Zone. It’s on the ground floor of building you need to go into for the story mission ‘A New Strain’. It’s where you need to get gas canister to take to the junkyard. The tape is on a table at the back of the room.

Message from Olivia to her Father (3 / 4)

In the Monastery safe zone, where you often chat to Olivia. The tape is found on a shelf behind where Olivia is often sat. This will likely be available to collect further on in the story.
