The simulation genre has been on fire of late and today the most anticipated in said genre finally got its release date. FuturLab has announced that Powerwash Simulator 2 will be launching on October 23rd. That’s right its just a few weeks away!
Since its announcement in March of this year, fans have been eagerly anticipating this new entry into the Powerwash Simulator franchise. The first game ended up being one of the biggest surprise hits of this entire generation. By April 2024 it had amassed 12 million players worldwide and when the sequel was announced in March it was up to 17 million.
The sequel will look to build upon that success as it gets bigger and bolder. The game will feature both split screen and online co-op missions with more jobs, tools and things to clean than ever before. Considering how much was already in Powerwash Simulator to begin with, that’s saying a lot!
With the release date trailer, which you can see at the bottom of this article, you can get a sense of just how big the scope is for Powerwash Simulator 2. The game will release on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X. It is also launching day 1 into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
