Dying Light: The Beast – Find all the Stone Sigils Guide

Use our Dying Light: The Beast – Find all the Stone Sigils guide to find everything you need to unlock a super cool weapon.

Dying Light: The Beast is the latest title in the Dying Light series, bringing back an angry Kyle Crane to take his revenge on The Baron for experimenting on him for well over a decade. There’s plenty to do to keep you busy in the game, and there are a whole load of collectibles too.

There are several achievements / trophies that relate to getting different types of collectibles. There’s also the ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ for finding them all. To spot a collectible in the game, use your Survivor Sense to highlight points of interest in the area. Collectibles can be spotted by the orange chest, see below.

Dying Light: The Beast – Find all the Stone Sigils Guide

There are eight Stone Sigils to find scattered across the game’s map.

These are listed in the order I found them, not necessarily the most efficient / best way to find them.

Death (1 / 8)

This sigil is located in Old Town. It’s underground, underneath the church. You’ll have to go down there during “The Beast Within” story mission. It’s through a broken open gate. The stone sigil is located on a plinth of statue in a large open area space in the underground space. Grab it before you need to move the large wooden board to progress. You can get it outside of the mission too.

Curse (2 / 8)

Towards the north of the map. Not far from the Memorial Hill of Heroes, in the woods area. The sigil is at the base of the Tree of Madness on a skeleton.

Shadow (3 / 8)

In the Exiles Cave safe zone at the north of the map. It’s next to an NPC who is sat by a camp fire. It’s as you enter the main cave area where you can head up to the left via a slope. The sigil is on the right next to some candles.

Blood (4 / 8)

In the grounds of the mental asylum, in the centre of the map. It’s to the north of the island with the asylum. The sigil is on the base of a fountain statue.

Witch’s Mark (5 / 8)

East of the Monastery, towards the bottom of the map. At the end of a river, there’s a small house. Above the fireplace on the wall, is the sigil.

Sacrifice (6 / 8)

Head east from the Monastery until you reach an open area with lots of stone pillars. The sigil is in a covered area on the central pillar.

The Moon (7 / 8)

South of the map, south east of the Monastery. You’re looking for a trail near the waterfalls (you can see waterfalls on the map). The trail will go towards small crack in the wall into an open area. The sigil is on a small stone to the right of the entrance of the small area.

The Void (8 / 8)

South of the map, south east of the Monastery. You’re looking for a trail near the waterfalls (you can see waterfalls on the map). Jump down to the pool where the waterfalls are. Head under the second one, and you’ll find a cave. Head through (watch out for the Bloater) until you reach the end of the tunnel. To your left will be small pool of dark water. You’ll need to dive in and collect the sigil from the stag’s skull in the water.

Now that you have all the sigils you can get the secret weapon the EXPcalibur II. It can be found north east from the monastery, before you cross the river. It’s high up on a stone pillar. It’s a sword in a stone. For fun, I’m not going to include the exact location as it’s not necessary for the collectibles achievement / trophy.

And that’s all the recipes. Check out more Dying Light: The Beast guides below.
