Dying Light: The Beast is the latest title in the Dying Light series, bringing back an angry Kyle Crane to take his revenge on The Baron for experimenting on him for well over a decade. There’s plenty to do to keep you busy in the game, and there are a whole load of collectibles too.

There are several achievements / trophies that relate to getting different types of collectibles. There’s also the ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ for finding them all. To spot a collectible in the game, use your Survivor Sense to highlight points of interest in the area. Collectibles can be spotted by the orange chest, see below.

There are eight ‘Hidden with Truths with Spark’ tapes to find scattered across the game’s map.

EP01: The Valley’s Veil (1 / 8)

This tape can be found in the Inn safe zone. North west of the Old Town. It’s on a table inside.

EP02: Bloodlines and Betrayals (2 / 8)

In Old Town, in the north west of the area, not far from the Library Tower safe zone. In the upper floor of a building, on some shelving. You can get in from the wooden balcony on the outside of the house.

EP03: Nature’s Wrath (3 / 8)

In a house, on the first floor, just to the left of the Railway Station in Old Town. On the map, it’s just above a dark zone. It’s on a shelf.

EP04: Whispers in the Woods (4 / 8)

In a house in the Cement Garden’s area, west of the Industrial Park. It’s on a coffee table in a room with a lot of resources.

EP05: The Silent Circle (5 / 8)

On the island with the mental asylum. To the south, in one of the buildings, it’s sat on a table of a booth.

EP06: The Huntsman’s Shadow (6 / 8)

Pretty easy to find. It’s in the Abandoned House safe zone. To the east of the map.

EP07: The Fischer Enigma (7 / 8)

In a house in the Golden Pine area. Not far from ‘The Vale’ (big red words on the map). It’s south of the Raven’s Rest location, not far from the yellow main road.
