Developed and published by Indie studio Deep Root Interactive, and originally released to PC via Steam in October 2022, Endoparasitic is a tactical survival horror game where you must use your one remaining arm to drag yourself about your lab, find resources and tools, wield weapons, inject yourself with countless vaccines, and survive this sci-fi nightmare.

The publishing of Endoparasitic on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series is being handled by Pineapple Works, a Polish game publisher, co-developer, and porting studio.
