I grew up in a house where we adored the Peanuts. Halloween was always It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! Christmas? A Charlie Brown Christmas! Even though it’s been around for nearly 80 years at this point, there is always new Peanuts material to be found. And coming this fall, we have another entry: Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club!
You heard it correctly – the Peanuts are coming to video gaming in Fall 2025! Developed by Cradle Games and published by GameMill Entertainment, this new title promises puzzles and exploration for all.
In the trailer, we’re presented with some of the classic Peanuts comic strips as the screen transitions to a more 3D environment. As the screen slowly pans, we see that red doghouse. And with that red doghouse, we see Snoopy in all his beagle glory and Woodstock.
The trailer further expands upon what Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club will be delivering. Exploration. Puzzles. Mini-games. And of course, the cadre of Peanuts characters. We see that we’ll be having time with Peppermint Patty, Linus, Lucy, Franklin, Sally Brown, Pig Pen, The Kite Eating Tree. And it wouldn’t be a Peanuts game without the round-headed kid himself, Charlie Brown!
What’s In Store?
Some of the additional key features of the game:
- Play as Snoopy!: Not only will you be able to assume the role of the beloved canine, but you’ll build a squad of other friends to crack the case.
- Iconic Locations: The town will be filled with some of the classic locations from the Peanuts universe, including the gang’s school, the music hall, Charlie Brown’s home, the baseball field, and many others.
- Snoopy Personas Galore!: Swap from Detective Snoopy to Beagle Scout Snoopy and many other roles that Snoopy plays in this world.
