Fantasma Achievement Guide – Mafia: The Old Country

We managed to sneak into the Villa without being seen. If you are needing some help follow along with our Fantasma Achievement Guide.

We are thoroughly enjoying our romp through 1904 Sicily at the Gamer Social Club.

Below is the Fantasma Achievement Guide to help you do the same.

Loadout

The Villa the Fantasma Achievement refers to is during Chapter 5: Vendetta D'Onore.

After a brief conversation with Don Torrisi, he requests that you complete a little task for him.

Head down, grab your weapons, and get into a car; then head out to the villa. You can skip the 1.8 km drive if you prefer.

You don't need any particular weapons, but I found the Forzuni Stiletto knife to be quite useful, as it has the most uses before needing to be resharpened.

There is a weapon box directly beside your starting point if you want to change up your loadout.

Now, the idea is to make your approach nice and slow and go up the right-hand side of the property, taking out guards as you come across them. I’m not entirely sure you need to hide the bodies, but just to be safe, I did.

Approach

Jump over the front fence using the conveniently placed cart.

Drop down into the yard and take cover behind the box.

Wait for the passing guard to move away and take out the guard in front of you. You can hide his body in the crate to your right

Head up the stairs and take cover at the top. There will be a guard strolling back and forward. Wait until his back is to you and remove him from his life. Again, pop him in the box.

Now, jump up on the stone wall and wait for the two guards to finish talking, and one will leave. Again, jump over and kill the guard and pop him in the box.

Now sneak forward and dispatch the final guard between you and the first gate.

Mafia keep moving

Once through the gate, head forward, and you will come across another two guards talking. Wait for them to finish and kill the guard walking away. There is a crate close by.

Now I'm not sure if you need to take out the other guard. I did, for consistency’s sake. You can pop him in the same box.

Next, head down the stairs to your right. There will be another two guards talking. Once their conversation finishes, the bigger guard will start to walk towards you. Just sneak back into the corner, and he will not spot you.

Mafia take a step back

Now sneak past the guard at the bottom of the stairs and climb the right-hand side.

Mafia sneak past

If you approach slowly, the guard at the top of the stairs won’t spot you. Just wait for his back to be towards you and go give him a poke.

Mafia just wait

He is the final guard, so you don't need to hide his body.

Mafia hold me closer

Open up the door to the house and follow around to the left. Open the next door, and your achievement will pop.

Mafia Achievement unlocked

Congratulations, you have just successfully infiltrated the villa without being seen and collected the Fantasma Achievement.
