Mafia: The Old Country finally releases tomorrow (8 August 2025), with global release times confirmed for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC. The prequel to the famous series takes us back to Sicily for some gun blazing, car chasing and other illicit activity.
Developer Hangar 13 have now revealed the achievement and trophy list for the game which looks a rather simplistic completion, which may not be surprising as The Old Country is already known to be a shorter game.
Achievements and trophies
The full achievement and trophy list can be found below. Many of the games achievements / trophies are secret and we've hidden those for you to avoid spoilers. Mafia looks to keep its narrative secretive for players playing through for the first time.
Xbox gamers can look forward to the usual 1,000G. Whilst on PlayStation 5 there will be:
- 1 platinum trophy
- 2 gold trophies
- 10 silver trophies
- 38 bronze trophies
Providing hard mode is playable without completing the game first, it appears that only one playthrough will be required for the completion. There are creative trophies / achievements in the list that require players to undertake certain tasks in the game including completing sections without alerting any enemies.
There are also collectibles including the Mystery Foxes that we'll have to lookout for on our journey across the Italian island.
