Atelier Yumia Post-Release
Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & The Envisioned Land launched to all platforms in March 2025. Within the first week of release, Koei Tecmo noted sales of over 300,000 units worldwide. This unseated Atelier Ryze 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key as the fastest-selling title of the series.
Gamer Social Club provided first impressions and a full review of Atelier Yumia earlier this year. Overall, we gave the game a positive score of an 8.5 out of 10, citing:
I have officially dipped my toe into the world of Atelier Yumia, and the larger Atelier series as a whole. Now, the question is - would I go deeper? 100% yes. Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land was a JRPG that I didn't realize that I needed in my life and was an absolute pleasure to play, despite some of the road bumps that I encountered along the way. And I have to say - I could never actually fully predict where the story was going to take me, which is a nice change of pace for some games that I have played in recent memory.
Koei Tecmo is slated for another launch in the series coming on September 26th, 2025. This new title, Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian, will be coming to PlayStation, Switch, and Steam.
