Saber Interactive Teases Upcoming Project

We all know that many gaming studios love to build the hype early on. Saber Interactive is no stranger to this game either. Today on Twitter/X, they dropped a teaser to…some upcoming project.

In the brief video, we’re treated to an old television surrounded by candles, a disembodied (and somewhat muffled) voice, screams, and a singular bell ring. The post also links to a website, which only displays a date and time, very much in the style of an old camcorder. July 22nd, 2025. 01:00 PM UTC. That’s all we got!

Haunting (anyone else remember VHS?)

Now, there is a whole lot of speculation in the comments, because when isn’t there. Comments of an Evil Dead game, a competitor to Dead by Daylight, or something in the vein of Hellraiser. Now…given what we were treated to in the brief video, something from Hellraiser would make sense. The deep voice we hear, and the sounds of chains (many of the Cenobites within Hellraiser make use of chains). I guess we will just to see what the fuss is about!

Saber Interactive Projects

Saber Interactive has been on a recent kick recently with some amazing releases. From the Knights of the Old Republic Remake to Warhammer 40,000K: Space Marine, Saber Interactive continues to have many irons in the fire at the current time. Along with this new teaser video, Saber Interactive has several other TBA launches in the works, including:

  • John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando
  • Turok: Origins
  • Jurassic Park: Survival

A deeper dive into previous work from Gamer Social Club highlights all of the other areas where we’re seeing Saber Interactive coming up. From discussions around an Avatar: The Last Airbender project, to a project that will focus on A Quiet Place. Obviously, be sure to keep the dial locked here at Gamer Social Club for more around this new tease from Saber Interactive.
