Exhibitor List And Main Visual For Tokyo Game Show 2025 Revealed

This year’s Tokyo Game Show, the largest gaming-centric event in Asia, has revealed the exhibitor list as well as the main visual, courtesy of the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association.

Running from September 25th to 28th, TGS 2025 is set to have 772 exhibitors, including 473 domestic and 299 overseas exhibitors, across 4,083 booths, at the time of reporting. This far exceeds last year’s Tokyo Game Show, which featured a total of 3,252 booths, setting up 2025 to be the largest in history.

The main visual for Tokyo Game Show 2025 was illustrated by Zashiki Warashi under the theme "Unlimited, Neverending Playgrounds."

Among the long list of exhibitors are some big names, with the likes of PlayStation/SIE, Capcom, Bandai Namco Entertainment, EA, Konami, Square Enix, and Ubisoft all listed as attending. There are a few noticeable exceptions, such as SNK, which had a big presence last year, but do not appear on the list. Less surprising is Nintendo being absent from the list, which has never really had a strong presence at TGS, despite sponsoring the Indie Game Project last year. We are still 100 days away from the start of Tokyo Game Show 2025, so there is plenty of time for that to change.

Eagle-eyed fans have also noticed that while SEGA is listed as attending, they are not down as SEGA/Atlus like they were at TGS 2024, and Atlus is not listed individually. Again, nothing is set in stone, but these sorts of absences do not go unnoticed, as people begin to speculate what games we will see more of at the show, as well as possible new reveals.

No doubt, we can look forward to hearing more about some highly anticipated titles like Pragmata, Resident Evil 9, and Final Fantasy Tactics, and hope for some exciting reveals. (I’ll have my fingers crossed for the Final Fantasy IX Remake.)
