The new Destiny: Rising game for iOS and Android has finally dropped the release date in a new trailer. NetEase Games shared a trailer that shows us a glimpse at the PvP, PvE, Strikes and missions that will be featured withing the game. Alongside a Rogue-like solo mode.
The game was announced in October 2024 and is being made by NetEase. NetEase is the same developer behind Marvel Rivals and Diablo Immortal.
Destiny: Rising is set to take place in an alternate timeline before the events of the original game. Anyone who is unfamiliar with the franchise will be able to hop in to this game without any prior knowledge of the series.
You won’t take on the role of a Hunter, Warlock, or Titan. You will play as a Light-bearer that goes by Wolf. Wolf is said to be fully customizable to your liking. There will also be given the option to play as Ikora Rey and the Iron Lord Jolder.
You can expect a lot of the same features from the franchise such as creating multiple characters, being able to transfer guns between them, and also a new “mythic” rarity gear class.
