This is it. We are finally going to unlock that last door at the end of the hallway in the enigmatic manor we have been visiting throughout Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. This time, you won’t have to find a door somewhere out in the world, but you will need the ability to fly, which you earn at the end of Act 2. First off, we recommend finishing the main story of Clair Obsur: Expedition 33 before doing this.

You want to fly to a region called The Canvas, which floats in the sky to the north-west of Sirene.

Walk through another of the game’s surreal and beautiful environments to find a large painting.

Interact with it and take the painting from its frame.

Now, leave The Canvas and head to the manor through any one of the doors you have found already (if you’ve been following our guides, you’ll have found them all).

In the entrance hall of the manor, above the right set of stairs, is an empty frame which you can interact with.

Put the painting you took from The Canvas and place it in the empty frame.

The door at the end of the long hallway will now be open.

Go through the door to find the manor’s painting room, a stark change from the rest of the building.

Just in front of the large canvas at the back of the room is a Journal; a second one with no name or number, just Unknown.

That’s everything in here, so just head back down the hallway to the front door of the manor to leave.
