Yasha: Legend of the Demon Blade is ready to launch on May 14 9PM PST, mostly that is. Today we learned some unfortunate news when it comes to a specific console family. For those who looked to get your key on Xbox ONE and Xbox Series X/S, the game is facing additional delays.
Accompanied by cute chibi art and their best intentions, Yasha: Legend of the Demon Blade Xbox players will need to wait at least another week or two. The team over at 7Quark promise they are working with publishing company Game Source Entertainment to get the game on Xbox as soon as possible.
Unfortunately this is not the first delay for Yasha and crew. While the game had an initial release date of April 24th, the game was pushed back to May. The previous delay was to ensure a release across all platforms at once. Sadly, it appears this dream doesn’t seem achievable with this news.

The Yasha: Legend of the Demon Blade Xbox delay does not mean those who backed on kickstart get nothing but more waiting. Those kickstarter backers looking for Xbox keys will not be without a way to play. Those backers will be receive a free Steam key to enjoy the game when it releases. Minimum system requirements are not too intensive on PC thankfully. Players should be able to dive in fairly soon even if only on Steam to start.
Yasha: Legend of the Demon Blade PC requirements:
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Dual Core 2.4 GHz
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 1650 or above
- Storage: 10 GB available space
For those who don’t speak technology, these are pretty low requirements to play the game with the minimum required settings. While you won’t run this on a potato, feel free to run this on your current PC and get a feel for the game. Plug in your Xbox controller and get a feel for the game early on. PC is beautifully set up for your Xbox controller.

Shigure, Taketora, and Sara will now release on most platforms May 14th or 15th depending on your timezone. Look forward to our review of the game going live later today.
