It may be cliche to say you are your own worst enemy but in the upcoming release from NightByte games and published by Behaviour Interactive, its all too true. Revealed at Pax East, It Has My Face is a first person horror roguelike coming to Steam later this year. Explore the dystopian city of your nightmares where you look to find your clone. Make sure you not only find them, but kill them before they get you.
If you’re wondering how you were cloned in the first place, that’s a great question. Players will find themselves trying to reveal the truth about the clones to try and save humanity. You didn’t think you’d only be saving yourself did you? Saving yourself means the murdering of your clone and how you do so is up to you. It Has My Face offers a variety of tools, environmental interactions, and crowd behaviors to make sure each run isn’t the same. Did we mention that this will blend not only roguelike elements but also the genres of horror, thrillers, and social deduction games?

Survive each threat if you can when you encounter new dangers and new enemies at every turn. Will you be paranoid that your clone could be anywhere? Or will you be ready to take up the challenge and stare yourself, and maybe even death, in the face. The team of two brothers (Salih and Furkan) over at NightByte care about the game feel and immersion. It Has My Face is shaping up to be the horror they hope for.
It Has My Face was originally a class project that found it’s way into a game jam before getting a following on itch.io. Now the game finds a new home on Steam. You can already download the demo and wishlist ahead of its early access launch. Will you be checking out It Has My Face? Let us know down below.
