After several months of Xbox console exclusivity, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will finally launch on PlayStation 5 next week on April 17 - or two days early if you own the Premium Edition. Ahead of the launch, Bethesda have detailed the enhancements that PlayStation 5 Pro owners can benefit from.
Talking to the PlayStation Blog, Production Director John Jennings said "Each platform introduces something unique to the experience, and we've worked hard to ensure our use of the PlayStation 5's suite of features directly benefits you and the game. We look forward to hearing your Indy stories!".
PlayStation 5 Pro performance
Whilst the game should run at a stable 60fps on all PlayStation 5 consoles, the PlayStation 5 Pro version of the game will offer a range of improvements for the industry's most powerful console. PS5 Pro will offer higher and more consistent frame rates and native 4k resolution and advanced ray tracing.
Alongside the PlayStation 5 Pro fidelity enhancements, the game will utilise some features of the DualSense controller including haptic feedback, lightbar colours syncing to in-game statuses and more.
We loved Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in our 9.5/10 review, saying that Machine Games finally gave "Indiana Jones his definitive game without ironically being a carbon copy of the two gaming franchises he inspired heavily".
