Weekly Game Launch is here to tell you what games are releasing this week. Avowed and Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii are leading the charge this week, amongst a smattering of other releases. Will you be picking up any this week’s new titles?

17 February – Immortal Hunters (PC)

God is dead, killed by a mighty Church that conquered the world with his power. Now, it faces the Apocalypse. Experience it in an RPG beat ’em up as one of its Immortal Hunters. Defy fate, expose the lies of the Cardinals, and find a reborn God before the Khemrids destroy humanity.


17 February – Mini City: Mayhem (PC)

Build, plan, and flourish while the time is running! Mini City: Mayhem is a chaos-filled city-builder where you build against time. Become the mayor of a tiny town, plop down tiny building blocks to build a working city to progress. Become the greatest urban planner of all time!


18 February – Ale Abbey (PC)

Build and expand your monastery, craft recipes and brew holy ales in this unique brewery tycoon. No pre-made recipes in Ale Abbey, oh no. It’s a canvas for true beer alchemists. It’s as simple as: brew, sip, repeat. Welcome to Ale Abbey!


18 February – Avowed (PC, Xbox Series)

Welcome to the Living Lands, a mysterious island filled with adventure and danger. Set in the fictional world of Eora that was first introduced to players in the Pillars of Eternity franchise, Avowed is a first-person fantasy action RPG from the award-winning team at Obsidian Entertainment.
You are the envoy of Aedyr, a distant land, sent to investigate rumors of a spreading plague throughout the Living Lands.

18 February – Blow It Up (PC, PS5, Xbox Series) – releasing on Android, iOS and Switch in March.

Blow it up is a physics destruction game with light-puzzle elements where you shoot bombs to destroy your enemies who are hiding behind tower-like structures. Master seven unique bombs in a realistic physics simulation and explore over 70 levels of mayhem and destruction.


18 February – Idle Zoo Park (Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PS4, PS5, Switch

Idle Zoo is a fun game where you run a zoo that needs fresh management! Become a wealthy investor and restore zoos around the country. You must repair old zoos and build new ones. Place many different animals in there and let your zoo prosper. Be sure to build up places that generate income for your zoo. By getting new animals, you will make the zoo more appealing and will propel you to become a true zoo tycoon!


18 February – Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1 (PC, PS5, Xbox Series)

Embark on a new narrative journey by the creators of Life is Strange. Film your summer of 1995 and create memories of a lifetime with your new friends. 27 years later, confront the dark secrets that made you all promise to never speak again after that fateful summer.


18 February – Microtopia (PC)

Become the hive mind of a robot ant colony in Microtopia! Use pheromone trails to create, automate and optimize supply chains for your ants to follow. Collect resources, produce goods, feed your queen, grow your colony and fly out to expand the species!


19 February – Bee Flowers (PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Bee Flowers, a delightful puzzle game where you guide busy bees through hexagonal grids to pollinate vibrant fields of flowers. With its relaxing mechanics and progressively challenging puzzles, the game offers the perfect blend of strategy and serenity.


19 February – Build Lands (PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC

There's nothing quite like a bit of creative, relaxing fun in the form of block-building. Reconstruct three sets of islands in the Build Lands mode, or build and share your own ones in the Land Editor!


19 February – Godzilla Voxel Wars (Switch) – already available on PC

Get ready to battle using your brain! A full-fledged turn-based strategy game with a difficulty level: GODZILLA! Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah, and more are here to rampage across an 8×8 grid! Control Toho monsters and save the world from the Fungoid mushroom invasion!


19 February – Harmony Chronicles: Demon of the Void Collector’s Edition (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

After her incredible adventures, Mona, the warrior of Goddess Harmony,
prepares to meet her divine protector before a magic portal transports her to a world on the brink of collapse. Mona discovers she has arrived at the once-thriving Interdimensional University of Magic, which has become a shadow of its former self.


19 February – Marron’s Day (Switch) – already available on PC

Marron’s Day is a silly pocket-sized adventure where you’re a bunny trying to save the town festival! Help out your animal friends, play cute minigames, and explore this cosy and retro pixel-art town.


19 February – Solir (Xbox Series)

Solir is a beautifully crafted 2D platformer designed to provide a relaxing yet engaging experience. With mesmerizing hand-drawn landscapes and a soothing soundtrack, players are invited to explore a serene world filled with light challenges and immersive gameplay.


19 February – Fruit Adventure Returns (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Fruit Adventure Returns is a platform and adventure game where the character is a very healthy Strawberry who needs to eliminate fatty foods and overcome dangerous obstacles.


19 February – The Backrooms 1998 (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC

The Backrooms 1998 is a first-person found footage psychological horror survival game where it tells the story of a young teen who accidentally falls into the depths of The Backrooms in 1998.


20 February – Ashen Arrows (Meta Quest, Pico, Steam VR)

Players will enter a Nordic-themed land to take on tower defense scenarios and puzzles with roguelike mechanics. Master bow skills to take on legendary foes in the story of Saga Mode or battle endless waves with friends in Bastion Mode.


20 February – Cabernet (PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Cabernet is a 2D narrative RPG set in a 19th-century Eastern European-inspired world, with a modern twist. Guide Liza, a young vampire in her new unlife among the unsuspecting townsfolk. Will you retain your humanity or descend further into the horror you have become?


20 February – Jump Man (PS5, Xbox Series)

A highly addictive endless jumper you can play either solo or with friends for couch multiplayer fun! Chain combos, use power-ups, score as high as you can and climb your way up the leaderboards. Attack your opponents with special items while dodging their attacks and see who makes it in the end!


20 February – Ninja Master Toru (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Ninja Master Toru is a retro action platformer, with a charming art ressembling the game boy era. Control Toru and defeat all enemies on each level, but watch out as you have a limited number of shuriken! The main goal is to defeat every single undead from a distance, without being noticed. Can a lone ninja save the nation from impending doom?


20 February – Police Shootout (Xbox Series) – already available on PC, and will release on PS5 on 14 March 2025.

Police Shootout is a turn-based FPS game. Start your policeman's career, solve cases, gain experience, and begin your adventure in San Adrino now!


20 February – Star of Providence (PC, Switch)

Star of Providence is a top down action shooter with procedurally generated elements. Explore a large, abandoned facility in search of incredible power, fighting dangerous foes and gaining new weapons and upgrades as you progress.


20 February – Stories from Sol: The Gun-Dog (PC, PS4, PS5, Switch)

Survive the mystery that awaits the JFS Gun-Dog in deep space in this retro visual novel / graphic adventure.


20 February – TactiCats (PC, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Knock down your enemies and collect all the cats and achievements in this pixel art party game for true cat lovers. Use different power-ups and survive the dangerous traps to show your friends who’s the fluffiest of them all!


20 February – Tribe Nine (Android, iOS, PC)

Defy the madness. Brutal Action RPG “TRIBE NINE” Set in the nation of Neo Tokyo, where absolute madness rules. Here, teens face life-or-death battles, constantly resisting the harsh and unjust world"”all in pursuit of reclaiming their lost freedom and dreams.


20 February – X-Out: Resuraced (PC, PS5, Switch, Xbox Series)

It's up to you alone to stop an alien invasion from the depths of the ocean in this legendary, home computer era shoot "˜em up, dredged up and faithfully rebuilt for modern platforms - X-Out: Resurfaced!


21 February – Bay Breaker (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Use your boat’s new technology to launch ultra-springy balls capable of shattering even the toughest rocks. Gather precious jewels and ancient coins hidden within the levels. Complete challenges, destroy all the blocks, and earn magical enchantments to enhance your abilities.


21 February – Breaking Bricks (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

Get ready to experience the thrill of Breaking Bricks, an addictive arcade game that will captivate players of all ages. With 40 challenging levels, you'll have a blast breaking bricks and progressing to new stages.


21 February – Cavorite (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

21 February – Damn! (Xbox One, Xbox Series)

21 February – Dolmenjord – Viking Islands (Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC, Switch

Arrange the Viking villages in the islands to expand their domains, in this logic puzzle game! After years of battles, a group of Vikings decided to conquer new lands. Under the protection of the god Njord, a new clan sets out in search of glory!


21 February – Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii (PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series)

A new legend begins as you step into the steel-toe boots of Goro Majima, a man who has lost his memory and reinvents himself as a pirate on the open sea. Embark on an over-the-top, modern-day pirate adventure with an ex-yakuza, now pirate captain and his crew as they engage in exhilarating combat on land and sea in the hunt for lost memories and a legendary treasure.


21 February – Lulu’s Temple (PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC

Lulu's Temple challenges you to venture inside a deep horrifying pyramid, filled with dangerous foes, traps and mysteries. Play as a curious archaeologist who foolishly traps himself inside a temple after stumbling his way in.


21 February – Please Be Happy (PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC

A yuri visual novel that will make you both laugh and cry. A story about love, trust, mortality, and about understanding not just how to be happy, but how to be human.


21 Febraury – Racing the Gods – Beyond Horizons (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC

The most epic race of all time is about to start. You have been selected as one of the drivers representing Earth. It’s a race of life and death as only the fastest will survive.

A smooth roguelite shooter from the creators of RACE THE SUN, featuring a voiced cast of feline pilots in a dramatic showdown against corporate-powered robots called The Swarm. Features a 3-act campaign with branching paths, epic bosses, and a wide arsenal of pilots, ships, and weapons.
