Glover Slides Onto Modern Platforms This February

We finally have a release date for the remaster of N64 cult-classic, Glover.

The remaster - seemingly little more than a spray of polish and HD graphical upgrade - will finally launch on consoles on February 27th. The title will launch digitally on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version has been available via Steam since 2022.

Glover Remaster Gameplay

Originally launched in 1998, Glover was developed by Blitz Games Studios and has held a cult status with platform fans since, a sequel was cancelled during development. The remaster has been put together over in Brazil by publisher and developer, QUByte Interactive. For those who missed the original, the premise of Glover asked players to guide a cute glove and his ball around platforming sections which were typical of the era. Arenas were colourful and Glover was full of charm themself, and as you would expect for an N64 platformer there are certainly a lot of collectibles to grab.

For physical collectors, Limited Run Games held a pre-order window for PlayStation and Nintendo platforms last summer so it is unlikely further copies will be available.
