Spider-Man 2 PC Specs Revealed

It has happened. In a Playstation blog post dropped today, January 29th, 2024, Sony has finally given details regarding the the Spider-Man 2 PC port which was announced in November last year. Details on what you’ll need to run it can be found below.

As usual, Nixxes has done a fantastic job on the port with people on a GTX 1650 or RX 5500xt GPUs still being able to play it(I’ll be it at 720p). Considering these were considered mid tier back in 2019 when they released, that’s not too back. Of course, to get the best performance with all ray tracing turned on it will require an Nvida RTX 4090 and an AMD 7800X3D CPU but that’s not really a surprise if you’re familiar with PC parts.

Along with the blog post PlayStation dropped a trailer which advertised some of the ports features including Nvidia DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3.1, wide-screen support, ray tracing and all the other bells an whistles that PC usually offers in big triple A titles.

The one detail that’s missing in the blog post and the Steam page for the game is the price, which seems odd considering this port launches tomorrow, January 30th, and has pre-order bonuses, which have been advertised for months with no actual way to pre order the game. This seems unusual, but so is dropping the Spider-Man 2 PC port details 24 hours before launch.
