Welcome to chapter 3! You made it out of that desert hell. Time to enter a snowy one. Guess who you have to kill!? Master chief! I mean Masque Chief!

If you’ve followed my guides this far, you are probably still equipped with everything from our last fight. That is what I went in to this fight with. But in case you didn’t read it, here is what you missed.

Tiger subduing potion, and Evil repelling medicament. Equip the galegaurd armor for shock defense and over best defense stats so far. I also used wandering wight spirit along with a transformation. If you don’t have one yet, I urge you to go do the woman of stone questline in order to obtain it.

Moves to watch out for:

As soon as the cutscene is over he will shoot you immediately with a projectile.

He has extremely long winded combos, use what you have to break them when possible.

Tip:

Use invisibility when health is low so you can heal and regenerate your health. He doesn’t leave much room for you to heal.

Use every power you got. Your duplication skill is very useful in this fight.

If you are struggling, I always recommend going in with no intention of winning, just see how long you can survive by just dodging so you can learn his attack patterns and get acquainted with dodge timing.
