Lonely Mountain: Snow Riders Is Coming To Gamepass

Every month, a host of games comes to Microsoft’s Game Pass service. Usually, there are two big announcements a month with a few announcements sprinkled. Today I’m here to cover one of those sprinkles; Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders.

Developer Megagon Industries has announced through a trailer on YouTube that the sequel to 2019 release Lonely Mountain Downhill will be hitting Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass when it launches later this month on PC and Xbox.

We ride at dawn!

The Steam listing for Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders describes it as “2-8 person cross platform multi-player” where you will “crash over and over again until you master the mountain. Work your way down as a group the slopes sharing a small number of check points, or risk it all in a break neck race to the base”.

The original game, which jusy left gamepass late last year, managed to garner decent scores on Metacritic, garnering, and 80 on PC and PS 4 and an 84 on Nintendo switch. The Xbox one score trailed behind the rest with a 79.

Lonely Mountain Snow Riders will be coming to Xbox, Gamepass, and Steam on January 21st, 2025, and has a demo available. Will you be trying the new release? Sound off in the comments below.
