Beat Saber Announces New Metallica Content

Metalheads, rejoice! Beat Saber has announced a new music pack featuring 17 of Metallica's biggest hits. This new library of songs will feature new environments and a new main menu takeover for the game.

Beat Saber provided the full list of songs to be included, along with noted inclusion of such songs as "For Whom the Bell Tolls", "Master of Puppets", and "Enter Sandman".

This new anthology of beats can be purchased today. It is priced at 20$ USD for the entire bundle. Which you would be better off buying if you are interested in the all Metallica songs available on the catalog. If you only want one song you do have the option to buy them individually for 1.99$ USD.

If you haven’t played Beat Saber, it is a virtual reality rhythm game where player will have to slice blocks that represent the musical beats with sabers. It is reminiscent of games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band. 

It is available on the Meta Quest store, PSVR 2, Oculus, and Steam. Beat Saber also supports cross-buy between all headsets from the Meta family, including:

  • Meta Quest 3
  • Meta Quest 2
  • Meta Quest 1
  • Meta Quest Pro
  • Rift
  • Rift S
