Rocksteady have announced the details of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’s latest content drop, Season 4: Episode 7. In the update, they also announced that the upcoming Episode, Episode 8, will be the final content release, and the final battle against Brainiac.
Season 4: Episode 7 drops tomorrow (10 December) and brings Deathstroke to the game as a playable character. Deathstroke has three playstyles of his Talents: Assassin, Mercenary and Strategist. These different playstyles allow you to take advantage of a range of abilities as well as weaponry, including assault rifles, shotguns, and sniper rifles.
A new Elseworld will also be available, a redefined Smallville (hometown of Superman) as a medieval village.

The Season 4 Battle Pass will have a focus on LexCorp outfits, featuring Deathstroke, Harley Quinn, Boomerang and The Joker all having a set of high-tech Outfits.
Rocksteady also confirmed an offline mode for Kill the Justice League will be available from 10 December. The offline mode means that you’ll be able to play the full main campaign as well as all seasonal story mission content without an internet connection. All existing progress and content will be accessible in offline mode too (more of this please!).
Rocksteady stated that although the final season is coming, all online features will continue, allowing you to continue to play online co-op. Season 4: Episode 8 is due to release in January 2025.

Despite the issues Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has faced (which included a wave of redundancies at Warner Bros. Gaming Division), it’s pretty admirable to see Rocksteady continue to work on regular content, and quite a bit of it too. I haven’t had chance to play this unfortunately, so current players can tell me if the content is worthwhile.
Are you still playing Kill the Justice League? Are you sad to hear it’s the final season coming in the new year?
