We’re just a week away from Indiana Jones great return to gaming (less if you buy the premium edition, or premium upgrade) and today Lucasfilms and Bethesda have released the launch trailer for the hotly anticipated game.
The trailer helps paint a better picture for the storyline within Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and sees Indy doing his thing as he searches for a loft relic. The story is set between the events of the films Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade.
The Great Circle is developer MachineGames first game since being acquired by Xbox as part of the Bethesda deal. It’s also their first non Wolfenstein game. While they have plenty of experience dealing with nazis and first person shooters it will be interesting to see how they handle a licensed IP that isn’t a straight up shooter.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launches on Xbox and PC December 9th and day 1 on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. As mentioned earlier those who just can’t wait can purchase the premium edition or premium upgrade to get 3 days of early access starting December 6th.
And for those feeling left out on PlayStation, while the game is currently an Xbox and PC exclusive Bethesda has announced it will be coming to PlayStation 5 sometime in early 2025.
