Another subscription based update is here for you!
First, we had a smattering of new additions for Xbox Game Pass, followed by a significant chunk of titles leaving PS Plus (including GTA and Red Dead Redemption 2), and now we have it confirmed which titles will be leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of October.
There are five titles leaving the service on 31 October, which include:
- Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery
- Headbangers: Rhythm Royale
- Inkulinati
- Lonely Mountains: Downhill
- Mineko’s Night Market
This stings less than the loses on the PS Plus service, but with all the new releases flying around at the moment, it can be hard to try and prioritise some games leaving any of the subscription services whilst also staying up to date with all the shiny new games.
I’m going try check out a couple of these games. Inkulinati seems really interesting as an ink-based strategy game that is styled like the hand drawn images from medieval manuscripts. Frog Detective also seems delightfully unhinged, you’re a frog, and a detective, what’s not to like?
Some of them – like Frog Detective – also have pretty easy Achievement lists, so it might be worth picking them up to boost that gamerscore if you haven’t already before they leave!
Will you be powering through any of these games before they leave Game Pass or are you not fussed about any of the titles here?
