We’ve got a smattering of big releases this week, including the hotly anticipated remake of Silent Hill 2, the new Dragon Ball fighting game, and, of course, the first DLC expansion for Diablo IV!
7 October – Kind Words 2 (PC)
A game about being kind to real people. Send nice letters from your cozy room, go outside and say hi to your neighbors, swap recommendations, dress up for the poetry slam and add your dreams to a sky full of wishes. Join a community of real people with their hearts on their sleeves.
7 October – Necro Story (Nintendo Switch, PC, PS5, Xbox Series)
A creature-collection RPG where you play as a powerful necromancer. Summon hordes of undead and upgrade your necromancy spells to defeat your enemies. Capture their souls to enlist them in your team, and sign pacts with demons to gain their tremendous powers.
Diablo IV – Vessel of Hatred DLC (PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series)
Become the apex predator of the jungle as the all-new Spiritborn class. Expand your map to journey into the new region of Nahantu in search of Neyrelle, who is both suffering the fate of her choice to imprison the Prime Evil Mephisto, and seeking a means to destroy him. 8 October – Mark of the Deep (Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series)
Mark of the Deep is an epic pirate adventure with a strong narrative and a thrilling mix of elements from acclaimed Metroidvania and Souls-Like games. Embark on this journey as the pirate Rookie, explore the mysteries of a cursed island, and find your missing pirate crew!
8 October – Silent Hill 2 (PC, PS5)
Investigating a letter from his late wife, James returns to where they made so many memories – Silent Hill. What he finds is a ghost town, prowled by disturbing monsters and cloaked in deep fog. Confront the monsters, solve puzzles, and search for traces of your wife as you explore the town of Silent Hill.

8 October – To the Moon (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on Nintendo Switch, PC
Dr. Rosalene and Dr. Watts have peculiar jobs: They give people another chance to live, all the way from the very beginning… but only in their patients’ heads.
Due to the severity of the operation, the new life becomes the last thing the patients remembers before drawing their last breath. Thus, the operation is only done to people on their deathbeds, to fulfill what they wish they had done with their lives, but didn't.
9 October – Camp Sunshine (Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC
Camp Sunshine is a 16-bit blood-soaked Horror RPG that pits you as Jez, who is dropped off at Summer Camp. He awakes in the middle of the night to discover blood everywhere, a rampaging killer on the loose dressed in a mascot costume and himself involved in a deadly game of cat and mouse!
9 October – Cats and Seek: Osaka (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on Nintendo Switch, PC
A hidden object game with plenty of meowing loaves of joy to discover

9 October – Heavy Cargo – The Truck Simulator (PC, PS5, Xbox Series)
Transport oversized cargo in a variety of missions across a 175km² open world. Drive customisable, highly detailed trucks through dynamic weather and day and night. The official cooperation with Gruber Logistics allows you to get behind the wheel of real-life heavy cargo transports.
9 October – Mimi the Cat: New Friends (Ps4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on Nintendo Switch, PC
In “Mimi the Cat: New Friends,” you’ll embark on a charming journey with Mimi, a delightful cat who loves puzzles and making new friends. Your mission is to help Mimi navigate through a variety of fun and challenging levels, moving, climbing, and stacking boxes to find her way to new friends and cosy spots.

9 October – Rogue Sentry (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on Nintendo Switch, PC
You are a sentry droid, part of the robotic legion that nearly wiped out mankind and seized control of civilization, but you've gone rogue and now represent humanity's last hope for survival! Rogue Sentry is a hardcore twin-stick adventure shoot'em up where you'll navigate the complex inner workings of a gigantic prison fortress, face gun and laser wielding machines, pick up human survivors along the way and attempt to escape to safety before it's too late!

9 October – Tents and Trees (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on Mobile, Nintendo Switch, PC
Your mission is simple: place tents next to trees in a nature-filled grid. The numbers around the grid tell you how many tents must be placed in each row and column, but be careful: tents can't touch each other. Each level has only one unique solution, so take your time and carefully plan your every move.
10 October – Amanda the Adventurer (Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series)
Join Amanda and her pal Wooly on a series of adventures as they explore and learn about our wonderful world! With several NEW play-along, laugh-along, learn-along episodes there’s always fun to be had! Just make sure to do everything Amanda says or she might get angry.

10 October – The Sekimeiya: Spun Glass (Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC
In the rural town of Yushibana, the Ashiya family holds much of the wealth. After they discover a rare gemstone, a showing is scheduled in Ashiya Tower, drawing the attention of many of the townspeople. However, during the exhibit, the tower is flooded with smoke, activating emergency shutters that trap eight people inside. Meet Luzia, a sarcastic twelve-year-old with a playful sense of humor. If you believe what she says, My Big Sister is a top-down adventure game about two sisters trying to break a curse imposed upon Sombria. “My Big Sister” is a continuation of “Ashina: The Red Witch” which will showcase a lot of references between the two games.
11 October – Paper Plane Arena – A Medieval Fantasy (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – already available on PC
Paper Plane Arena is an interactive game experience that is designed to ease your mind and have fun popping innocent balloons. Jump into the role of a little paper plane and rescue the world from evil balloon demons by dashing through them.

Spiral is a third-person narratively driven exploration game sharing a poetic vision of cognitive degeneration seen from the inside.
It tells the story of Bernard, a man who wishes goodbye one last time to the memories that built him from his early childhood to who he is today. You accompany him on this journey, bearing witness to his life and remembering for him as his mind slowly unravels into the void.
