PlayStation fans have been sitting by for awhile now waiting for Sony to talk more about upcoming games and it looks like details of these games could be coming. Announced moments ago, A new PlayStation State Of Play has been announced via X/Twitter and the PlayStation blog.
The new State Of Play will take place on September 24th, 2024 and according to Sony will be over 30 minutes and feature more than 20 upcoming PS5 and PS VR2 games.
Important to note is that there’s no mention of what studios or games will be there, be them 1st or 3rd party so if you’ve expecting a ton of first party you may want to temper expectations. Also there’s no indication how much this State Of Play could overlap with Tokyo Game Show Announcements.
The State Of Play begins September 24 at 3pm PT / 6pm ET | September 25 12am CEST / 7am JST on YouTube and Twitch. It will be available in both English and Japanese. Will you be watching? Comment below
