Shared by Klobrille on twitter, 33 Immortals is dropping in Xbox Gamepass Ultimate day one on 01/25/25. The game is a co-op action roguelike being developed and published by Thunder Lotus Games(Spiritfarer). The game will support 33 cooperative multiplayer, and will be released on Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

In 33 Immortals, you assume control of a damned soul who has to fight their way through Hell, Purgatory and Heaven. You are seeking revenge and rebelling against the cruel God that banished them. You will choose from one of four archetypes (Tank, Melee, Range or Support) in the game. You and up to 32 other players, will play the game in sessions, which can last up to 25 minutes.

The game is inspired by the “The Divine Comedy” and will feature some of the characters in supporting roles in the game. 33 Immortals is Thunder Lotus’ first online game, which caused the studio to grow their team. The studio was initially pushing for 100 players in the game but was reduced to match the 33 chapters in “The Divine Comedy”.
