Like A Dragon: Yakuza Live Action Series Announced

Ryu Ga Gotoku have officially announced on X that coming October 24th, they will be releasing the Like a Dragon: Yakuza Tv series on the popular streaming service Prime Video.

Following the life of Kazuma Kiryu the story will follow his life across two separate time periods, 1995 and 2005. The series is set to be releasing six episodes in total with the first three being released on the 24th of October, and the final three a week later.

If this show is as faithful to the source material as the Fallout TV show has been, then we will most likely see a massive surge in players trying out the Yakuza franchise for the very first time.
