Good news task aficionados, you’ll soon be able to don the guise as a contestant on the popular task-centric TV show, Taskmaster when it launches on Meta Quest on 13 June. The game will let you compete in tasks, or even create your own!!!

The date was revealed in the latest trailer, which you can view below:

Now, as a HUGE Taskmaster, I’m gutted that this is only currently going to be available on Meta Quest, but there’s hope for fellow PSVR2 players, like myself. The official Taskmaster YouTube page responded to a rather brilliant comment asking them to bring the game to Sony’s platform. See the comments and response below:

Not everyone maybe familiar with Taskmaster, the concept is this, five comedians complete a series of random, brilliantly inventive tasks that are then scored by the Taskmaster. The original show debuted in the UK with comedian Greg Davies becoming the Taskmaster, supported by ‘Little Alex Horne’, the show’s creator and task guru. If you haven’t watched it, I cannot recommend it enough.

I’m super excited to play this whenever it makes it’s way over to PSVR2, until then, we can continue to dream of all the lovely tasks we might make. Will you be checking this out? Let us know in the comments below.
