As we talked about last month, The Rogue Prince of Persia, the upcoming fast-paced action-platforming roguelite from developer Evil Empire (creator of Dead Cells) has received a new release date.
Making the announcement on Twitter (X, see below), the developer attributed the slight delay due to the surprise early access release of Hades 2 and wanting to give players the time to play with (themselves included).
The Rogue Prince of Persia will now enter Steam Early Access on 27 May, 13 days later than originally planned (so not too much of a delay).

Having a bit of fun with it, the dev threatened to “burn the whole thing down” if Silksong shadow drops in the next two weeks (sounds perfectly reasonable to me. To tide you over until release, they’ve released a new gameplay trailer:
It was also announced that the game will launch at the very tasty price of $19.99 / €19.99.
