PaperKlay – That’s Not A Penguin… Achievement Guide

PaperKlay, the nostalgic 3D platformer/collect-athon, pays homage to many of its inspirations, from the game’s design to its gameplay. It even has a fun, if slightly macabre, achievement that references a classic moment from the iconic Super Mario 64. Here’s our guide to the That’s Not A Penguin… achievement in PaperKlay!

Whether you get this reference or not, the That’s Not A Penguin achievement is very easy, and can be done in the very first level of the game!

The first level of the first World is called Frog Cove, and its book can be found on a small island across a bridge. It is near where you meet the owl who will take you to World 2.

What you want to do is look for one of these bouncing bunny-like blob creatures. They are docile and won’t run away when you approach.

When you move close enough to one, you will get a prompt to pick one up. Once you have one in your hands, you can walk around with it as well as choose to drop or throw the creature.

Approach the edge of the level, and then either drop or throw the bunny blob into the infinite abyss.

After a moment or two, the achievement will pop; hopefully, it helps you live with what you’ve done!
