If you are a regular reader of the GSC, you may have noticed that we are hotly anticipating the release of the upcoming Lovecraftian thriller, Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss. To get ready, we’ve decided to look over the tophy list for Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss, to prepare for what lurks in the shadows and in the dark corners of our minds.

Developed by Big Bad Wolf and published by Nacon, Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss is a first-person, story-driven horror game set in the near future. You play as Noah, an agent on Ancile who has been sent to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a deep-sea mining team. Accompanied by his AI, KEY, Dylan must descend into a Lovecraftian nightmare and traverse the ancient labyrinthine prison of R’lyeh. Noah must resist the encroaching madness and uncover a secret that could completely change our understanding of reality.
The Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss trophy list, which comes via the Truetrophies website, consists of 28 trophies, consisting of 8 bronze, 14 silver, 5 gold, and the platinum trophy. There are quite a few secret trophies on the list, so we have hidden those to avoid spoilers. But it’s not forbidden knowledge, so it’s safe to peek!

There isn’t much to learn from the trophies that aren’t hidden, and sometimes that’s half the fun. But it looks like players will want to keep their eyes peeled for whatever the Energy Upgrades and Evolutions are to unlock the Full Charge and Augmented Agent trophies, respectively.
Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss releases on April 16th across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
