Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Pre Order Details, Release Date

Avatar Legends revealed quite a bit today in its pre-order details including a release date for July 2nd, 2026. On top of the release date, the trailer also showed the first glimpses of the gameplay for both Sokka and Azula as well as 3 more playable characters. Fire Lord Ozai, Zaheer and Avatar Kyoshi will be joining the playable roster. Avatar state versions of Aang and Korra will also be playable.

It’s also confirmed the game will only be priced at 29.99 USD. Given how quality the game looks as well as the overwhelmingly positive reception it’s gotten from people who’ve played the beta tests, this is quite a steal. A deluxe edition will also be available for 49.99 USD which is still a good deal. The pre-order bonus includes a samurai skin for appa, exclusive colors for the characters as well as a vote for one of the upcoming dlc characters.

Those who preorder the deluxe edition also get unique HUDs, a digital art book, a soundtrack and the 5 dlc characters slated for year one.

Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is set to launch on PC, PS5, Xbox series platforms, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo switch 2 on July 2nd 2026.

A trailer for the pre-order details can be seen here.

A lifelong gamer who enjoys playing on every platform. Eventually, I grew to love fighting games in particular and began to compete and even win competitions for some games, primarily the 2013 revival of killer instinct. Outside of gaming I also have aspirations of being a comic book artist with a few ideas of my own im developing in my head. When reviewing any game I try to keep my mind open and avoid nitpicking too much. It takes a lot for something to detract me from truly enjoying it so I may not focus on smaller details the way some others might do. I enjoy almost any genre, just don't ask me to play horror games or puzzle games.
