Milestone Games has revived the classic Screamer franchise. With the first new game in over 30 years the studio has brought some action packed racing to modern consoles and PC. That of course comes with achievements! With this guide we will help you earn the “Ultimate Driving” achievement or trophy.
Ultimate Driving requires you to go into Overdrive Challenge mode in the arcade and go 4.7 miles without exploding. Considering how volatile your car is in Overdrive that can be quite the challenge, especially when you don’t know how far you’ve traveled. Luckily there is a rather easy way to do this.
Setup & Solution
First things first you are going to want to select the Downtown Run track. Any character will work and make sure you’ve selected Overdrive Challenge mode.
When the race starts you will already be in Overdrive. Now luckily for us there is no penalty for going slow and steady here so all you want to do is go at a speed you are comfortable with where you feel you can control the car without hitting anything. Use the breaks as much as you need here.
Now with the Downtown Run track once you have completed 2 laps you should be good to go on your 4.7 miles and can either speed up until you crash to try and go up the leaderboard or crash right away. The achievement will unlock once you complete the challenge.
