Forza Horizon 6 launches in less than two months on May 19 2026, to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Game Pass and PC – including Windows, Steam and PC Game Pass.

Today, Playground Games have revealed the range of hardware specifications that players can use to run the game, from minimum, all the way to ‘Extreme RT’ (ray tracing) mode. The game will support HDR as well as ultrawide monitor resolutions. For players with compatible graphics cards, RT reflections will appear on both cars and the environment.

For those fortunate enough to have high-end hardware, travelling across the biggest and most dense Horizon map to date, is going to look pretty exceptional.

Forza Horizon 6 Steam Deck / Xbox ROG Ally Performance

The official blog post about the graphics settings does confirm support for Steam Deck and the Xbox ROG Ally handhelds, though no expected performance is offered.

Forza Horizon 6 will launch with a fully integrated co-operative campaign and enhanced progression system. The game will also incorporate 72 of Japan’s micro seasons as the latest entry in the franchise rebuilds the four season feature that originated in the UK-based, Forza Horizon 4.
