Dishonored Meets Psychological Horror?
Cordura is a new co-operative psychological horror game that was just revealed at the Future Games Show.

“Cordura is a 4 player online co-op psychological horror where sanity is your most scarce resource. While one player guides the team, the others explore shifting procedural Victorian labyrinths. Lose your sanity and the night will mimic your team to feed your paranoia. Extract and survive.”
Employing an art style that very much reminds me of Dishonored, Cordura looks to be a game that is set on tempting players to challenge what’s real and what’s just a figment of their fractured imaginations. The idea of combining the Lovecraftian horrors of the cosmos with the hectic setting of a Victorian Labyrinth feels like a match made in the deepest depths of hell in the best way possible.

Though the trailer doesn’t show us much more then a baseline story of what’s to come, it immediately leans into the simple idea that you are simply entering the labyrinth in search of the “roses of madness” that will bring you and your group great amounts of wealth. Break in, take them, and get out. That’s all. Sounds simple enough doesn’t it? Just remember to be quiet. You never know what twisted things await in the darkened halls of the labyrinth.

Cordura is coming soon to PC & PlayStation. Have you added this one to your wishlist? Let us know in the comments down below.
