Diablo 2 and its remastered version Diablo 2: Resurrected has long been deemed one of the best games ever made. Recently developer Blizzard released a new update for the game, the Reign of the Warlock. This new update brought many new things to the game including a revamped Terror Zone process. This guide will help you understand the new Worldstone items, how they work and where to find them.
Terror Zone’s within Diablo 2 are a magic finders best friend. These are rotating zones within the game that up the level of the monsters within to a level higher than your characters. This means for high level characters you will have the best chance of finding the best loot within these zones.
With the new update Terror Zones now rotate every 30 minutes rather than the previous time lapse between zones of an hour. This is a welcome change, but there’s an even better thing now and that is the Worldstones.
Terrorize An Entire Act
Finding a Worldstone means that you can terrorize an entire act within your game! This is great for getting Herald’s to spawn which increase your chances for great loot, not to mention having an entire act of terrorized enemies is great for XP boosting. That alone makes a Worldstone incredibly valuable, and rare to find.
How To Find a Worldstone
The actual way to find a Worldstone is fairly easy. You simply have to head to Terror Zone and start killing unique monsters and champions for a chance to drop one. Of course this is Diablo 2 we are talking about here, so is finding what you want ever truly that easy? If you are new to Diablo 2, the answer is no.
Still they are worthwhile to chase and if you do get one, plan your game and try and find those Heralds. Maybe you even find a Sunder charm!
We hope this guide helps you on becoming the most powerful character in Sanctuary. Thanks for checking out our guide!
