REANIMAL, the co-op horror puzzle platformer from Tarsier Studios, has its fair share of trophies/achievements to unlock, ranging from the challenging to the unsettling. With all the running, hiding, and trying to survive you’ll be doing, we thought we would lend a hand with some of them. So here is our Prayer For The Dying trophy/achievement guide for REANIMAL.

Prayer For The Dying Trophy Guide
The Prayer For The Dying trophy/achievement tasks you with finding and interacting with five Hidden Statues throughout the game. You must find the first four Hidden Statues in the same playthrough for the fifth one to appear; if not, it will be broken, and you will not unlock the trophy/achievement.
You earn a Mask for completing this challenge as well, meaning it is directly tied to the Beneath The Mask trophy/achievement. Check out our Beneath The Mask Trophy Guide for more help with that.
What follows is a list of the Hidden Statues in the order that they are found during a single playthrough.
Chapter 1 – Dead In The Water
The first of these Hidden Statues is found in the first chapter, after riding the two-person trolley across the broken bridge.
Ride the trolley into the tunnel, up to where it stops. To your left is a hole in the wall hidden by bushes.
Go through the hole to find a secret room with the Hidden Statue. Interact with it to light the candle.
Chapter 3 – After The Flood
The second Hidden Statue is found in the pig sty you gain access to after killing some birds and picking up a key.
Once inside, instead of going towards the pigs to continue, walk towards the camera.
Tucked away is the Hidden Statue. Light the candle before moving on.
Chapter 4 – No Shelter
The third Hidden Statue is found just after you climb through the clockface to enter the orphanage. Leave the room full of petrified kids and drop through the hatch into the hallway below.
Kill the Spider Kids that attack you, and run to the far end of the hallway to find a hole in the wall.
Go through it to find the Hidden Statue standing precariously on the edge of a large hole.
Three down, two more to go!
Chapter 6 – Nobody Left Behind
The fourth Hidden Statue is found after you have helped the whale inside the battleship wreckage. Return to your boat and sail through the gap left by the whale.
Sail forward, killing any Boomers and blowing up any mines that get in your way, until you go under a high bridge.
Follow the right-hand rock wall around until you find a small cave. Sail into it and beach your boat on the sand.
The Hidden Statue is in plain view, surrounded by whale carcasses illuminated by a full moon. Light the candle before leaving.
Chapter 7 – The Spoils
The fifth and final Hidden Statue is found in the trenches at the beginning of the seventh chapter, just past the soldier who blows themselves up.
You’ll reach a large area with a ladder out of the trench to your right. Search the wall of the trench on your left for a gap to squeeze through.
Inside this little hovel is the last Hidden Statue, with the Lamb Head Mask waiting for you!
