Disciples: Domination is a sequel to Disciples: Liberation and the second game of the Disciples trilogy. Helmed by Artefacts Studio this time around, Domination is a much shorter, more refined addition to the RPG series. This guide will help you to earn the “It’s Hot In Here” achievement or trophy.
The It’s Hot In Here achievement is for romancing one of your companions. Unlike many other RPG’s with romancing options, there really is only 1 opportunity to romance a companion in Disciples: Domination, and it is near the end of the game.
The Great Hollow
The only chance you will get to romance a companion will be when you make it to the Great Hollow. Once you are there and progress a bit into the area you will have the opportunity to speak to Helmer in Yllian if you go and meet your companions in the castle.
Here Helmer will have a new quest you can open up called “The Eye of Freyr”. Accept the quest and you can return to the Great Hollow and head to the spot on the map you are directed to.
Here Helmer will tell you about what this spot means to the Dwarf culture. I’ll leave it at that for spoiler purposes. But needless to say, here you will be given a choice on what character you would like to romance.
At the time of this writing we are not sure if anyone can get this quest or if you need to complete Helmer, and potentially all other companion quests for it to open up. If the quest option is not there when you speak to Helmer than you will need to work on the companion quests first. Each companion has an achievement tied to them so you will likely want to do them anyway.
It’s also possible that you will only have the option to romance those companions you have been choosing the romance options with throughout the game. We always chose those options and finished every companion quest before this quest so we had the option to choose any of the companions.
